It's Festival time

One of my favorite things to do is walk through fallen leaves, I love to stomp and kick my feet up and watch the leaves flutter down like rather large and scratchy snow flakes. I also love to bury my kids in the leaves but for some reason they don't care for it as much. Mia likes to collect the leaves and bring them home to color them, and McKinlee is much more interested in eating them.

I also love apple picking, I took the girls about a week ago for Columbus day since Mia was out of school. Mia loved it and picked every apple she saw I had a hard time keeping up with her as she ran up and down the orchard, and cut through the trees, I realized that I am not so very young anymore, and pushing a stroller doesn't help. McKinlee had a wonderful time too, she was content to sit in her stroller and sleep while Mia and I did all the work, but she loved the reward

McKinlee has also found a new game she loves to play called I can crawl and fit under anything. We laugh as she hides under a chair and isn't sure how to get back out. It is amazing to watch her grow and discover. Mia is a wonderful big sister, and McKinlee loves her very much. Thier favoite thing to do is make eachother laugh. Sometimes McKinlee will just look at Mia and start laughing for no apparent reason. It makes Josh and I smile and we take lots of mental pictures.
